精神科护理管理中人文关怀的思考

精神科护理工作的对象是罹患各种精神障碍的病人，精神障碍患者由于精神症状所导致一系列心理活动异常，出现攻击伤人、自伤、自残等特殊病症，使精神科护理更具复杂性、危险性。尊重、理解患者和员工是精神科护理管理中不可忽视的重要内容。发达国家、地区精神科通过提高员工的人文素养，病房环境设计的跃迁等有形、无形服务来体现人文关怀，其理念凸显了患者与员工在医疗活动中的安全、舒适、便捷的重要性，彰显了只有确保患者与员工的安全才是精神科人文关怀的最好体现。

Humanistic Care in Psychiatric Nursing Management
