肝浅淋巴管的形态和分布

采用30%普鲁士蓝氯仿溶液间接注射法,研究了40例带膈肌小儿肝脏的淋巴管。将肝表面分为13区,各区浅淋巴管均经韧带、膈肌或胆囊壁离肝。星状浅淋巴管主要分布于膈面的左、右中间区和脏面的大部区域,与小血管伴行,穿入肝实质。

THE SHAPE AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE SUPERFICIAL LYMPHATICS OF THE LIVER

Using the method of the inderect injection with 30% Prussian blue-chloroform,we have studied the distribution of the superficial lymph- atics of fresh livers from corpses of 40 children.The superficial lymphatics have high certain distribution laws.They may be divided into 13 regions: 9 on the diaphragmatic surface and 4 on the visceral surface.The regional superficial lymphatics form rich network of lymphatic capillaries and lym- phatic plexus.The collecting lymphatics left the liver through ligaments, diaphragm and wall of the gallbladder.In general,the network of lymph- atics capillaries is close.There are rich valves in the lymph vessels and col- lecting lymphatics.The star superficial lymphatics are mostly situated in the left and right middle regions on the diaphragmtic surface and most part of the visceral surface.The star lymphatics are short and thin,they run ac- companying small blood vessls and go into the liver.
