| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卵巢交界性肿瘤的临床特征及诊治。方法回顾性分析2004年5月至2012年5月我院收治的23例卵巢交界性肿瘤患者临床资料。结果术后患者均获随访。2例死亡,存活率为91.30%(21/23),2例复发。11例Ⅰ期保守性手术患者中有4例术后生育,随访至今未复发。结论卵巢交界性肿瘤预后较好,手术是治疗卵巢交界性肿瘤的基本措施,对有生育要求的年轻患者可以实施保守性手术进行治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of borderline ovarian tumors.Methods Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 46 patients with borderline ovarian tumors in our hospital from May 2004 to May 2012.Results After operation,patients have been followed up.2 patients died,the survival rate was 91.30%（21/23）,2 patients recurred.11 patients in stage Ⅰ patients did not recur so far,among these two had given birth.Conclusion Borderline ovarian tumor has better prognosis,surgery is the basic measures for borderline ovarian tumors,conservative surgical treatment can be implemented for young patients who required fertility. |
