| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的效果。方法选取我院2010年6月至2011年12月收治的40例跟骨骨折患者,均采用切开复位钢板内固定手术治疗,评价其治疗效果。结果所有的患者进行1年的回访,其中优27例,良10例,差3例,优良率为92.5%;术后Bohler角、Gissane角有明显改善;未出现严重并发症。结论钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折能够确保复位质量,促使骨折愈合,避免并发症,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of plate fixation of calcaneal fractures. Methods 40 cases of calcaneal fracture patients admitted to hospital in June 2010 - December 2011, were treated with open reduction and internal fixation surgery to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results All patients with a return visit, the results were excellent in 27 cases, good in 10 cases and poor in three cases, the excellent and good rate was 92.5%; postoperative Bohler comer, Gissane angle has improved significantly; no serious complications. Conclusion Plate fixation of calcaneal fractures to ensure the quality of reduction, to promote fracture healing, construction complications, is worthy of clinical use. |
