鼻内镜定位下治疗鼻出血的术中配合及护理

目的探讨鼻出血常见出血部位的判断、治疗方法及术中配合与护理疗效及与年龄的相关性。方法采取行鼻内镜方法在前鼻镜不能发现的鼻出血部位,进行微波热凝止血,对于隐性不能找到具体出血点可待活动性出血时再次寻找或给予鼻内镜下前鼻孔填塞,鼻腔广泛渗血的病例给予鼻内镜下前鼻孔填塞。结果全部病例1次治愈86例(97.7%),2次治愈1例(1.14%)。探讨了鼻出血及出血部位与年龄有一定的相关性。结论鼻内镜技术对探查鼻腔出血点有重要意义,对出血部位进行准确电凝是止血成功的关键,但对于未能找到具体出血部位或鼻腔广泛出血的病例,联合应用鼻腔填塞术及病因治疗和责任制护理也是至关重要的。

The Positioning of Nasal Endoscopic Surgery in Line with Nasal Bleeding the Treatment and Care

Objective To explore the bleeding common bleeding positions,treatment methods and technique Cooperate and nursing curative effect and the correlation with age.Methods Nasal endoscopy in line method Nose mirror can＇t find the nasal bleeding site,the pelvis hot blood,not for recessive can find specific bleeder can stay active bleeding again when looking for or given under nasal endoscopy before filling the nostrils,nasal widely ooze blood to the cases of nasal endoscopy before filling the nostrils.Result Fruit all cases,86 cases were one time cured（97.7%）,2 times a cure 1 cases（1.14%）.Discusses the bleeding from the nose and bleeding site and age have certain correlation.Conclusion The nasal endoscopy technology to detect bleeder nasal cavity are important parts of bleeding accurately of electricity is stop bleeding the key to success,but failed to find a place for specific bleeding or nasal extensive hemorrhage cases,combined application of the nasal cavity and causes of treatment was filling and responsibility system and vital to care important.
