| 摘 要： | 目的探讨亲情护理在焦虑症患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院92例焦虑症患者,随机分为干预组和对照组各46例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施亲情护理,应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)分别于入院时及入院治疗8周后评估护理效果。结果护理干预后,两组患者症状均有不同程度改善,两组HAMA评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。干预组HAMA评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亲情护理能降低焦虑症患者的焦虑情绪,提高整体护理质量及患者满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of kindness nursing for patients with anxiety disorder.Method Retrospective analysis of 92 cases with anxiety disorder,were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 46 cases.The control group received conventional care,intervention group received kindness nursing on the basis of conventional care.The care effect was evaluated by HAMA at the time of admission and after 8 weeks.Results After nursing intervention,the symptom have all improved.HAMA score were significantly decreased（P0.05）.HAMA score of the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）,and satisfaction ratio was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Kindness nursing can improve the symptom of anxiety disorder,and improve the overall quality of care and patient satisfaction. |
