阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床观察与护理对策

目的探讨阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床效果、安全性及护理干预措施。方法选取我院2009年3月至2011年5月收治支原体肺炎患儿123例,随机分为两组,其中对照组62例,采用红霉素持续静脉滴注;实验组61例,采用阿奇霉素序贯治疗;比较两组患儿治疗临床治疗有效率,临床症状、体征改善时间,住院时间及不良反应发生率等。结果实验组患儿治疗总有效率明显优于对照组患儿,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿退热、止咳、胸片炎症吸收及啰音消失时间等明显短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患儿平均住院时间明显高于实验组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿不良反应率明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床效果确切,能够显著改善临床症状、体征,缩短病程,且不良反应较少;同时科学系统的临床儿科护理干预对于治疗效果提高具有重要促进作用。

The Clinical Observation of Azithromycin Sequential Treatment on Mycopoalsm Pneumonia in Children and Nursing Countermeasures

Objective To investigate therapeutic effect security and nursing countermeasures of azithromycin sequential treatment on mycopoalsm pneumonia in children.Methods 123 patients with mycopoalsm pneumonia in children were chose in the period from March 2009 to May 2011 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group（62 patients） with erythromycin continuous intravenous infusion and experimental group（61 patients） with azithromycin sequential treatment;and after treatment the total effective rate,clinical symptoms and sign improving time,hospital staying time and adverse effects incidence were compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group were significantly better than control group（P 0.05）.The clinical symptoms and sign improving time of experimental group were significantly smaller than control group（P 0.05）.And the hospital staying time and adverse effects incidence of experimental group were also significantly smaller than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The azithromycin sequential treatment on mycopoalsm pneumonia in children obtain excellent effect,can effectively improve clinical symptoms and sign,shorten the disease course,and have few adverse effects.And the scientific children nursing countermeasures can improve the therapeutic effect.
