老年患者全髋关节置换术后认知功能障碍的分析

目的分析可能引起老年患者全髋关节置换术后认知功能障碍的原因,并并探索有效的综合性护理干预措施。方法回顾性分析21例骨科老年患者在行后全髋关节置换术出现认知功能障碍的原因、临床表现及相应的护理干预措施。结果老年患者全髋关节置换术后认知功能障碍发病率较高,高龄、睡眠紊乱、手术打击、内环境紊乱等是发病的相关因素。21例患者获得3个月～2年的随访,其中13例术后1周内痊愈,8例术后2周内痊愈。结论术后认知功能障碍是多种因素协同作用的结果。在术前尽量避免导致其发生的相关因素,通过心理护理、基础护理和对症处理等综合性护理干预,可使患者恢复认知功能。

Study of Post-operative Cognition Disorders in Elderly Patients undergoing Hip Joint Replacement

Objective Analysis the factors which may cause postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with total hip replacement,and explore the effective nursing intervention measures.Methods A retrospective analysis of 21 cases of elderly patients in the Department of orthopedics after total hip arthroplasty showed a cognitive dysfunction causes,clinical manifestations and corresponding nursing intervention measures.Results Total hip replacement in elderly patients of postoperative cognitive dysfunction shows high incidence rate.Age,sleep disorders,operation strike,internal environment disorder is disease related factors.21 patients were obtained from 3 months to 2 years follow-up,13 cases healed within 1 weeks after operation,8 cases healed within 2 weeks.Conclusion Postoperative cognitive dysfunction is affected by a variety of elements.Through psychological nursing,basic nursing and expectant treatment and other comprehensive nursing intervention,patients could recovery the cognitive function.
