肝段切除与胆管切开取石术治疗肝内结石的临床疗效对比研究

目的对比研究肝段切除与胆管切开取石术治疗肝内结石临床疗效。方法筛选我院从2010年1月至2012年3月收治的90例肝内结石患者随机均分为两组,A组45例,行肝段切除术治疗;B组45例行胆管切开取石术。随访监测3个月,统计两组治疗有效率。结果 A组总有效率为93.3%,高于B组的73.3%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后并发症统计结果显示,除了切口感染与肠梗阻并发症数差异无统计学意义外,A组并发症明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝段切除术能有效治疗肝内结石,其有效率高于胆管切开取石术,且能降低术后并发症,值得推广应用。

Comparative Study of Clinical Efficacy between Hepatic Segment Resection and Bile Duct Cut Lithotripsy Treatment for Intrahepatic Stones

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between 2 treatments hepatic segment resection incision and bile duct lithotomy for intrahepatic stones.Methods 90 cases of patients with intrahepatic stones admitted into hospital from January 2010 to March 2012,were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in Group A got the treatment of resection of liver segment;other 45 cases in Group B taken the bile duct cut lithotomy as curement.Followed-up the cases for three months,and then collected the treatment efficiency of two groups.Results A total effective rate of Group A was 93.3%,which was higher than 73.3% of Group B,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P0.05）;postoperative complications statistics shown that except the difference of the number of complications of incision infection and intestinal obstruction was not statistically significant,the Group A of complications was significantly lower than Group B,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The liver segment resection is an effective treatment for intrahepatic stones,cause its efficiency is higher than that of the bile duct incision lithotomy,and it can reduce postoperative complications,which should be widely applied.
