小儿支气管阴性异物的多层螺旋CT诊断价值

目的评价多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对小儿支气管阴性异物的在诊断价值。方法 19例患儿经纤维支气管镜检查证实的支气管阴性异物,使用多层螺旋CT扫描并行多断面重建和最小密度投影技术显示。回顾性分析小儿支气管阴性异物的CT表现特征、气道阻塞情况及伴随征象,统计分析MSCT的诊断价值。结果 19例患儿中,异物位于气管者1例,右侧支气管13例(占68%),左侧支气管5例。MSCT轴位薄层图像诊断小儿支气管阴性异物的敏感度、特异度及准确度分别为93%、91%和90%。结合MPR和MinIP成像其敏感度、特异度及准确度分别为98%、96%和97%。结论 MSCT可作为小儿气道阴性异物的首选无创检查方法,具有重要的诊断价值。

Bronchial Foreign Body in Children Evaluated with Multi-slice CT

Objective To assess the value of MSCT on bronchial negative foreign body in children and its clinical applications.Methods 19 children with bronchial foreign body were scanned with MSCT.CT features of the disease were respectively analyzed.Based on axial source data,multiplanar reconstruction（MPR） and minimum intensity projection（MinIP） were performed and compared in these patients.Results Foreign bodies were detected in 19 patients including 1 case in trachea,13 cases in right bronchus,and 8 cases in left bronchus.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of axial CT images assessing the bronchial foreign body were 93%,91%,and 90%,respectively.Combined with MPR and MinIP images,these data were 98%,96%,and 97%,respectively.Conclusion As the first choice,MSCT could accurately detected bronchial negative foreign body in children with high diagnostic value.
