摘    要:目的探讨两种方法治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选择2010年11月至2011年2月入住的毛细支气管炎患儿126例随机分成对照组和观察组各63例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在给予常规治疗的基础上加用氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液,每天2次,每次5~10min,患儿喘息症状缓解后停药,对两组患儿治疗前后症状、体征、病程进行比较。结果加用氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液的患儿其症状体征及病程明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎疗效确切,方法简便,副作用小,病程缩短,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of two ways to treat infants with bronchiolitis. Methods 126 infants with bronchiolitis in hospital from November 2010 to February 2011 were selected and randomly divided into control group (63 cases) and experiment groups (63 cases) . The control group received conventional therapy. The experiment group received conventional treatment and additional inhalation of oxygen-driven hudesonide suspension with 2 times one day and 5-10 minutes per time. Administration of budesonide suspension was stopped when infant acquired a release in wheezing. The clinical symptoms, physical signs and course of disease in infants with different treatment were compared. Results When compared with conventional treatment group, addition of oxygen-driven budesonide suspension inhalation significantly alleviated the clinical symptoms and physical signs, as well as shorten disease course in infants (P〈0.05) . Conclusion Treatment of infants with bronchiolitis by inhalation of oxygen-driven budesonide suspension, is characterized by simple operation, fewer side effects and shorter course of therapy, is worthy of clinical application.
