| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乌司他丁治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取140例脑出血患者,随机分为治疗组(72例)和对照组(68例),对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,给予静脉滴注乌司他丁100000U/次,3次/d,共用14d。动态观察治疗后两组患者血清NSE浓度、NIHSS评分及脑水肿指标等的变化情况。结果治疗后两组患者NIHSS评分及血清NSE水平均有改善,但治疗组更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者脑水肿指标均有改善,但治疗组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论应用乌司他丁治疗急性脑出血患者疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ulinastain injection as treatment for acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 140 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage conforming to the research standard were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group（72 cases） and control group（68 cases）.Routine treatment was given to the control group,ulinastain injection,100000U/time,3 time/d by intravenous dripping were given to the treatment group based on routine treatment,altogether for 14 days.NSE plasma levels,the scores of NIHSS and cerebral edema index changes were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment NSE plasma levels and the scores of NIHSS in the two groups have improved,more significant in the treatment group than the control group;similar situation seen in the cerebral edema indexes.Conclusion Application of ulinastain for treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients has affirmative effect. |
