全麻妇科腹腔镜手术应用双管型喉罩和气管导管的比较分析

目的比较双管型喉罩和气管导管在全麻妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果,为临床工作提供参考。方法选择2010年11月至2011年10月于我院行全麻妇科腹腔镜手术患者130例,随机分为对照组和观察组各65例。麻醉诱导后对照组应用气管导管通气,观察组应用双管型喉罩通气。观察两组置管前后心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)的变化,并比较一次置管成功率、并发症发生率的差异。结果与对照组比较,观察组HR、MAP的波动较小,一次置管成功率较高,并发症发生率较低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双管型喉罩通气应用于全麻妇科腹腔镜手术操作简单、安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Comparative analysis of Proseal Laryngeal Mask and Tracheal Catheter in General Anesthesia in Gynecological Laparoscopic Operation

Objective Compare Proseal laryngeal mask and tracheal tube during general anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic operation,to provide reference for clinical work.Method Select 130 cases with general anesthesia during gynecologic laparoscopic operation from Nov.2010 to Oct.2011 in our hospital,randomly divided into 2 groups with 65 each.After induction of anesthesia tracheal catheter ventilation used in control group,observation group application of Proseal laryngeal mask airway.In two groups were observed before and after catheterization heart rate（HR）,mean arterial pressure（MAP） changes,and to compare success rate of catheterization,difference in complication rate.Results Compared with control group,observation group HR,MAP smaller fluctuations,once intubation success rate is high,the complication rate was low,with statistically significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Proseal laryngeal mask airway under general anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic operation applied to the operation is simple,safe and effective,worthy of clinical application.
