胆管胆汁、尿和血清中多种元素的分析及其临床意义的探讨

摘    要:利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICAP),分析了12名胆总管结石行“Ⅰ”管引流胆汁多种元素,发现术后第1日、第7日和第14日引流胆汁各元素间浓度变化较小。尿液排出的元素浓度以第7日和第14日为多,与第1日比较差异显著。胆汁和尿之间各元素浓度及24h排出量比较,Cu以胆道排出为主,Ca、Mg、Zn、AL、Cr由尿排出占多数,Fe、As、Se则胆道与尿道排出量无明显差异。

Abstract:Various elements in bile drained by "T" tube from 12 choledocholithiasispatients were analyzed by ICAP. The concentration of various elements indrained biles changed slightly in the 1st, 7th and 14th postoperative days.The concentrations of elements eliminated through urine were significantlyhigher in the 7th and 14th postoperative days in comparison with the 1st day.The concentrations of various elements eliminated from bile, urine and amountsof elements eliminated were compared within 24 hours. Cu was mostly elimi-nated from biliary tract, Ca, Mg, Zn, Al and Cr were mostly eliminatedfrom urine and the eliminating amounts of Fe, As and Se were of no obviousdifference from urine and biliary tract.
