肝癌干细胞的研究现状

肝癌是众多致命性的恶性肿瘤之一,随着肿瘤干细胞理论的提出,人们对肿瘤的发生、发展以及转移有了新的认识。近年来,研究发现肝癌干细胞亦存在于肝癌细胞中,但对肝癌干细胞的起源、生物标志及其对化疗药物产生耐药的机制等问题仍不清楚。这些问题的解决,可使靶向杀灭肝癌干细胞成为彻底治愈肝癌的新方法。

Current Research Situation in Liver Cancer Stem Cells

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most lethal cancers with a poor prognosis and high recurrence after the treatment with traditional radiochemical therapy.With the proposal of cancer stem cell theory,it has a new insight in the onset,recurrence and metastasis of HCC,it is believed that liver cancer stem cell(LCSCs)play an important role in these processes.However,studies about the LCSCs,such as how the LCSCs to originate,the specific biomarkers for isolating the LCSCs and the drug resistance mechanism of the LCSCs are still not very clear.Resolution of these issues might make LCSCs an important target in liver cancer cure solution.
