Therapeutic Difference of Body Tissue Adhesive and Traditional Suture in Circumcision 1500 cases)

Objectives To study the different therapeutic effect of the body tissue adhesive and traditional suture in circumcision.Methods Outpatient circumcision 1000 cases were randomly divided into two groups,group A(500 cases)was performed with the body tissue adhesive,group B(500 eases) was done with traditional method.To studythe difference of the time of closing incision,incision ache percentage,the condition of foreskin hydropsia and operative incision healing.Results Compared with control group,group A has difference significantly in the time of closing incision,incision ache percentage,Nevertheless it has no difference significantly in the condition of foreskin hydropsia and operative incision healing.Conclusions Circumcision with body tissue adhesive has many advantages over the traditional method,deserving generally clinical application.
