| 摘 要： | 目的探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)中miR-146a及miR-16的表达及与RA病情活动的相关性。方法应用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测RA患者活动组24例、缓解组16例及健康对照16例PBMCs-miR-146a、miR-16的表达水平,并且与RA患者临床指标进行相关性分析。结果 RA患者组miR-146a、miR-16的表达高于健康对照组(P<0.05);在RA活动组与缓解组的比较中发现活动组miR-146a、miR-16表达水平高于缓解组(P<0.05)。RA患者组miR-146a、miR-16的表达与ESR、CRP及DAS28评分之间呈正相关(P均<0.01),与RF无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 RA患者外周血miR-146a和miR-16表达上调,其表达水平与RA病情活动相关,提示miR-146a和miR-16的检测可作为RA病情活动的判断指标。
