| 摘 要： | 目的探讨表观弥散系数(ADC)值与脑梗死分期的相关性。方法搜集150例经临床诊断并经MR证实的脑梗死病例,根据发病时间分为三组:急性期组(发病时间<2d);亚急性期组(发病时间2~14d);慢性期组(发病时间>14d)。采用磁共振弥散加权成像(DW I)测定各组病例ADC值。结果急性期组、亚急性期组和慢性期组ADC值分别为0.435±0.104、0.515±0.096和0.807±0.151,各组ADC值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死各期ADC值与临床分期存在相关性,ADC值随梗死时间延长而增大。
