| 摘 要： | 目的观察吗啡成瘾后猫脑脑电图的变化。方法成年雄性家猫12只,分成急性吗啡成瘾组和对照组,建立吗啡成瘾猫模型,利用电生理监测仪进行皮层、深部脑电图监测。结果急性吗啡成瘾组猫脑脑电图表现为:正常背景逐渐消失,正常生理波减少:频率加快,波形不整,双侧对称变差,调幅调节变差;异常病理波逐渐增多:病理性尖波、棘波、棘慢波及慢波逐渐出现、增多。结论吗啡成瘾可使猫脑电图产生明显异常改变。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the changes of electroencephalogram of morphine-addicted cats.Methods Twelve male cats were assigned morphine-addicted group and control group,then to set up the model of morphine-addicted cats,monitoring the cortex and deep electroencephalogram of morphine dependent cats.Results The electroencephalogram of morphine-dependent cats shows that: the normal background waves were gradually disappear,the normal waves were decrease: frequence was increase,the wave form was out of rule,the both... |
