摘    要:他汀类药物是羟甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A还原酶的抑制剂,临床上主要用于高胆固醇血症的治疗.近年研究发现,他汀类药物具有抑制促炎性细胞因子(Th1和Th17细胞冈子)的分泌、增加调节性T细胞(Treg)数量和功能、抑制树突状细胞(DC)成熟等作用.通过这些免疫调节和抗炎作用,他汀类药物在神经系统疾病如脑卒中、阿尔茨海默病(AD...

Abstract:Statins, inhibitors of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase, are widely used in clinical practice for the treatment of hypercholesterolaemia. Recently, it has been reported that statins could suppress the inflammatory cytokines production (Th1 and Th17 cytokines), up-regulate T regulatory (Treg)cells and inhibit the maturation of dendritic cells (DC). The immune regulation and anti-inflammation effects of statins have been widely explored and applied in the neurological disorders such as stroke, Alzheimer's disease (AD) , multiple sclerosis (MS) and acute central nervous system injury.
