| 摘 要： | 肺动脉高压是一种病死率很高的疾病,在治疗之前对患者实施预后评估,同时选择行之有效的药物是治疗的关键.急性血管扩张试验不仅有助于我们判断预后及预测应用血管扩张剂是否有效,同样在评估肺血管阻力的可恢复性方面也具有重要的价值.

| Abstract: | Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a severe disease with high mortality. It is important to evaluate the prognosis and select the efficient medicine before treatment of PAH. The acute vasoreactivity testing is helpful to predict the prognosis of PAH and efficiency of pulmonary vasodilator,it is morereliable in analysis the reversibility of pulmonary vascular resistance. |
