| 摘 要： | 为探讨端粒酶活性化在原发性肝癌发生发展中的作用，本文采用ＴＲＡＰ技术，对４２例手术切除的原发性肝细胞癌及癌旁组织的端粒酶活性进行检测。结果发现：４２例肝癌组织有３４例检出端粒酶活性，阳性率为８１．０％，４２例癌旁组织有１２例检出端粒酶活性，阳性率为２８．８％，端粒酶活性与肿瘤大小，组织学分级及肿瘤转移无显著相关，以上结果提示，检测原发性肝癌组织端粒酶活性对阐明原发性肝癌的发病机理，癌变危险性的预测

| Abstract: | To evaluate the role of telomerase activity in the development and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the telomerase activity in the frozen cancerous and juxtacancerous tissue was determined in 42 cases of HCC after surgical resection Of these patients,the positive rate of telomerase activity was 81 0% (34 out of 42)in cancerous tissues and 28 8%(12 out of 42)in juxtacancerous tissue without significant correlation between telomerase activity and tumor size,histological grade or metastasis These results indicate that the expression of telomerase may play a crucial role in hepatocarcinogenesis and detection of telomerase activity may be helpful in predicting malignant change of HCC |
