CagA+幽门螺杆菌根除前后对冠心病患者hsCRP、ox-LDL、PAF及血栓素B2的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨细胞毒素相关基因A+(CagA+)幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除前后对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、血小板活化因子(PAF)及血栓素B2的影响。方法:选择Hp+CagA+冠心病患者57例为根除治疗组,同期住院的57例Hp-CagA-冠心病患者为对照组。在常规治疗基础上,根除治疗组接受根除Hp治疗,对照组接受安慰剂治疗,随访6个月。两组试验对象在试验前后均行hsCRP、ox-LDL、PAF及血栓素B2检测。结果:与试验前比较,根除治疗组试验结束时血清hsCRP、ox-LDL、PAF及血栓素B2水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对合并Hp+CagA+感染的冠心病患者,根除Hp+CagA+可能降低冠心病患者血清hsCRP、ox-LDL、PAF及血栓素B2水平。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) cytotoxin associated gene A+(CagA+) eradication on oxidized-low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL),high sensitive C reactive protein(hsCRP),platelet-activating factor(PAF) and thromboxane B2(TXB2) in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods: Fifty-seven coronary heart disease(CHD) patients infected with Hp+CagA+(eradication therapy group) and 57 CHD patients without Hp infection(control group) were recruited the study.The Hp eradication therapy and placebo therapy were given to patients in eradication therapy group and control group,respectively.The follow-up period was 6 months.Serum ox-LDL,hsCRP,PAF and TXB2 were recorded before and after treatment.Results: Significant reduction of hsCRP,ox-LDL,PAF and TXB2 were revealed in erdication therapy group at the end of study(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Hp+CagA+ eradication alleviates serum hsCRP,ox-LDL,PAF and TXB2 in CHD patients infected with Hp+CagA+. 更多
