| 摘 要： | 目的观察重组人生长激素在重度烧伤伴吸入性损伤中的疗效。方法重度烧伤伴吸入性损伤患者20例,对照组21例,治疗组予重组人生长激素应用后第7天与对照组第7天动脉血气分析PO2变化情况对比。结果治疗组应用重组人生长激素后动脉血气分析在第7天比第1天的PO2明显升高(P<0.01),对照组第1天与第7天PO2无显著差异(P>0.05),且治疗组与对照组伤后7天的PO2有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论重组人生长激素对重度烧伤伴吸入性损伤者肺功能有明显改善作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To present the outcome of serious burns with inhalation injuries treated by rhGH.Methods 20patients with Serious burns and inhalation received injected r-hGH and21patients didn't,the treated group were compared with the control group who didn't inject r-hGH.The changes of arterial blood gas(ABG)were analysed seven days late.Results Treated group who injected r-hGH seventh day are more higher than that of frist day on ABG(P<0.01),there was no significant difference of ABG among the group who didn't inject r-hGH(P>0.05),there was significant difference between treated group and compared group(P<0.01).Conclusion The rhGH can obviosly improve the out come of serious burns with inhalation injuries. |
