剖宫产术后镇痛促进母乳喂养的效果观察

目的　了解剖宫产术后镇痛促进母乳喂养的效果。方法　随机将 2 91例产妇分为两组 ,剖宫产术后采用硬膜外自控镇痛泵产妇 14 7例为观察组 ,剖宫产术后采用杜冷丁镇痛产妇 14 4例为对照组。观察两组产妇切口疼痛程度、乳汁分泌量、新生儿体质量变化。结果　两组产妇术后 6h、2 4h、48h切口疼痛程度有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 0 1;术后 12h、48h、72h乳汁分泌有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 0 1、P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 0 1;新生儿生理体质量下降、体质量回升均有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 0 0 1。结论　剖宫产术后采用镇痛泵有利于母乳分泌及新生儿的生长发育

The effects of analgesia on postcesarean breastfeeding

ObjectiveTo understand the effects of analgesia on postcesarean breastfeeding.Methods291 postcesarean parturients were at random divided into group O and group C; 147 cases of group O were treated with continuous epidural anlgesia and 144 of group C with Dolendin.Results6h, 24h, 48h after hysterotokotomy, the level of incisional pain in group O decreased significantly compared with that in group C ( P <0.01).12h, 48h and 72 h after hysterotokotomy, the amount of milk secretion in group O was higher than that in group C ( P<0.01, P<0.05 and P <0.05 respectively).The physical quality of neonatus was also more significantly improved in group O than that in group C. ConclusionContinuous epidural analgesia for postcesarean mothers may be good for breast milk secretion and development of neonatus.
