宁夏两个新型农村合作医疗试点县的现况调查对比分析

目的调查宁夏新型农村合作医疗试点县——贺兰、同心县乡级卫生机构医疗资源,了解当地农民生活消费水平以及医疗费用支出情况,为开展建立新型农村合作医疗制度提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,在同心、贺兰两县根据经济状况随机抽取3个乡镇,每个乡镇再随机抽取3个村,每个村抽取50户作为研究对象。结果同心县农业人口占全县人口的77%,贫困人口占15%,文盲/半文盲占35.3%,农民人均收入为1709元;贺兰县农业人口占全县人口的75%,贫困人口占7.3%,文盲/半文盲占16.3%,农民人均收入为3533.89元;农民年均收入较低,96%的农民认为有开展合作医疗的必要。结论两县在经济状况、人均收入、医疗保健支出存在差别,应探索在同心和贺兰两县建立两种不同的补偿模式,减轻农民的疾病经济负担。

A Comparative Analysis of Characteristics in Two Pilot Counties with New Rural Cooperative Medicare in Ningxia

Objective To investigate the status of health care institutions and medical resources in.Helan county and Tongxin County and to provide a scientific basis for new rural cooperative medicare.Methods With stratified cluster sampling method,3 towns were randomly taken in each county and 3 villages were taken in each town and 50 households were taken in each village.Results In Tongxin County,the agricultural population accounted for 77% of the total population,poverty population accounted for 15% of the total population And illiteracy / semi-illiteracy accounted for 33.03%.In this county,the per capita income of farmers was 1,709 yuan.In Helan County,the agricultural population accounted for 75% of the total population,poverty population accounted for 1.7% of the total population And illiteracy / semi-illiteracy accounted for 18.07%.In this county,the per capita income of farmers was 3533.89 yuan.Conclusion Two pilot counties showed difference in the status of economy,per capita income,health care expenditures.Two different models of compensation in two counties should be established for solving the economic burden of health problems.
