肾错构瘤的诊断与病理学基础的关系

肾错构瘤是肾脏最为常见的良性肿瘤,肾细胞癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤,二者的治疗方法和预后截然不同。但在临床诊断的时候,相互之间常有误诊,给工作带来一定的麻烦。我院从1990年5月至2000年6月,共收治肾错构瘤患者62例,现将它们的临床诊断、治疗与病理学基础进行分析,以减少误诊的

Relation between diagnosis and pathology of renal hamartoma TV Gang

Objective To improve the accurate diagnosis rate for renal hamartoma before operation.Methods Pathologic and imageologic data of 62 patients with renal hamartoma confirmed by surgery pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results B-ultrasound(BUS) in combination with contrast enhancement computerized tomography(CT) can establish the renal hamartoma diagnosis with great accuracy.Of 62 patients,53 patients were correctly diagnosed preoperatively through the use of these two methods.Of 9 patients who were not correctly diagnosed preoperatively,6 patients' renal hamartoma diagnosis was confirmed by means of intraoperative frozen section studies,1 patient was diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma,the other 2 patients remained uncertain whether the turmor was benign or malignant.Radical nephrectomy were performed on the latter 3 patients,Conclution BUS plus contrast enhancement CT is the diagnostic choice for renal hamartoma,they have considerable accuracy.The patients who can,t correctly diagnosed with intraoperative frozen section study should perform radical nephrectomy.
