| 摘 要： | 目的：测定乳宁颗粒中原儿茶醛的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以甲醇-水-冰醋酸（16：84：0．8）为流动相；流速为1．0ml／min；检测波长为279nm。结果：原儿茶醛线性范围为54μg-540μg，平均回收率为97．91％，RSD=2．1％。结论：高效液相色谱法测定原儿茶醛含量，方法快速、结果准确，操作简便，可用于乳宁颗粒的质量研究。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine the content of protocatechuic aldehyde in Runing granule. Methods： A HPLC method was used. The mobile phase consisted of methgl alcohol - water - acetic acid （ 16：84：0. 8）. The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 279 nm. Results： The linear range of protocatechuic aldehyde was 54μg - 540μg. The average recovery rate was 97. 91% （ RSD = 2. 1% ）. Conclusion： The HPLC method is accurate, simple and suitable for quality studies of the Runing granule. |
