| 摘 要： | 目的：观察臭氧联合胶原酶注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：在C形臂x线下，对108例腰椎间盘突出症患者臭氧联合胶原酶注射术，术后2周、3月、6月随访，根据Macnab标准评定术前及术后疗效。结果：术后2周、3月、6月优良率分别为80．6％、85．2％、91．7％，各例术中及术后无严重并发症发生。结论：臭氧联合胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效，且中远期疗效更稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the therapentic effect of combined use of ozone and collagenase injection in treating lumbar disc herniaton. Methods： 108 patients with lumbar disc herniation recieved ozone combined with collagenase injection, contrast of Macnab criteria was compared between pre- operation anb post-operation. Results： The evident effective rate was 80. 6% （87/108）, 85.2% （92/108）, 91.7% （99/108） at 1 week, 3 months, 6months after operation.. On complication occurred. Conclusion： Ozone combined collegenase injected can palliated pain caused by lumbar disc herniaton, moreover, it carried a stable long -term well efficacy. |
