小儿胸部DR摄影的分析

目的：探讨小儿胸部应用DR摄影的优势。方法：随机选取50例5岁以下婴幼儿及50例5岁以上儿童胸片，分别其在拍摄中出现的问题总结分析和综合评价。结果：5岁以下50例婴幼儿胸部图像资料统计，体位不佳的7例，肩胛骨遮挡的10例，呼气相的6例，照射野范围大的2例，剂量偏低或偏高的4例。5岁以上50例儿童胸片统计。结果：体位不正的7例，肩胛骨遮挡的12例，呼气的3例。照射野范围大的7例，剂量偏低的3例。结论：应用DR系统投照小儿胸部，有效的降低对小儿辐射剂量，为临床诊断提供良好的影像照片。

Conclusion： using DR system according to children for chest, effectively reduce the radiation dose for children, provide good for clinical diagnosis of image photos.
