开胃进食汤对实验性胃溃疡大鼠黏膜愈合和EGF表达的影响

目的:通过开胃进食汤对胃黏膜组织的EGF表达的影响,探讨开胃进食汤对实验性胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜的保护作用及其作用机制。方法:采用冰醋酸注射至大鼠浆膜下形成胃溃疡模型,随机分成生理盐水(B)组,雷尼替丁(C),组开胃进食汤(D)组,设立正常对照(A)组,用游标卡尺测量溃疡指数(UI),用免疫组化法检测胃黏膜组织EGF的表达。结果:C、D组与B组比较、D组与C组比较,UI、EGF表达均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01);且C、D组溃疡边缘组织EGF阳性细胞表达较A、B组逐渐增多(P<0.01)。结论:开胃进食汤具有促进EGF分泌、保护胃黏膜上皮细胞,加速上皮细胞增殖、分化、迁移,组织修复而加速溃疡愈合、提高溃疡愈合质量,改善溃疡预后。

Influence of appetite promotion decoction on the mucosal healing and EGF expression in gastric ulcer model mice

Objective： To explore the influences of appetite promotion decoction on the mucosal healing and EGF expression in gastric ulcer model of mice,and its mechanism.Methods： Gastric ulcer model of mice were induced by subserosal injection of glacial acetic acid and then randomly divided into normal saline group（B）,ranitidine group（C）,appetite promotion decoction group（D）,and normal control group（A）.Ulcer index was measured with vernier caliper,and EGF expression in the mucosa tissue was evaluated by immune-histochemical method.Results： Significantly different size of UI and level of EGF repression were presented when group C and D were compared with group B,group D was compared with group C（P 0.05 or 0.01）.Besides,EGF expression level in the adjacent tissues of gastric ulcer lesion of group C and D gradually increased comparing with that of group A and B,showing significant differences（P0.01）.Conclusions： Appetite promotion decoction can promote EGF secretion,protect epithelial cells of gastric mucous,and facilitate the recovery of gastric ulcer by accelerating the proliferation,differentiation,migration,and tissue repair.
