2006～2008年我院抗真菌药应用分析

目的：研究我院2006～2008年抗真菌药的应用情况,为临床提供参考。方法：利用医院HIS系统软件,统计我院2006～2008年抗真菌药的消耗金额和数量,并计算DDDs和DDC。结果：2006～2008年我院抗真菌药使用品种数量及消耗金额同时增长;氟康唑的应用品种和数量最多,3年来的销售金额及各年度DDDs排序中均占首位;伏立康唑的使用上升较快。结论：我院抗真菌药使用基本合理,较多地使用了有效、经济的药物。

Analysis of the Utilization of Antifungal Agents from 2006 to 2008 in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the utilization of antifungal agents during 2006 ～2008 in our hospital so as to provide references for clinical drug use. METHODS： Hospital HIS system was used for statistical analysis of the consumption sum and consumption amount of antifungal agents during 2006 ～ 2008,meanwhile,the DDDs and DDC were calculated. RESULTS： Both the consumption sum and the consumption amount of the antifungal agents in our hospital increased during 2006 ～ 2008,with Fluconazole leading the list in terms of application varieties and consumption amount and its consumption sum and DDDs also dominated the first place over the 3 years. Moreover,the consumption of Voriconazole increased rapidly. CONCLUSION： The use of the antifungal agents in our hospital is reasonable on the whole,with those effective and economical antifungal agents used predominantly.
