| 摘 要： | 目的总结高血压脑出血外科手术的临床疗效,探讨高血压脑出血手术方法和手术时机。方法对44例患者,25例行开颅血肿清除术和19例颅内血肿微创穿刺术,对不同条件下手术方式的选择、手术时机的把握和临床效果进行回顾性分析。结果44例病人,手术顺利,术后采用日常生活能力(ADL)分级法进行评估:I级13例,Ⅱ级17例,Ⅲ级5例,Ⅳ级2例,V级1例,死亡6例。结论两种手术方式各有优缺点,应综合评价病人情况来决定不同的手术处理方法。
