| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨纤维胆道镜对胆道残余结石的治疗价值.方法：对48例胆总管探查术后使用纤维胆道镜检查取石治疗进行分析总结.结果：48例中有残余结石的36例,34例经纤维胆道镜取净结石,取净率94.44%.结论：纤维胆道镜取石术有创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快、并发症少、疗效好、安全易行等特点,值得临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of a bile duct residual calculus with fibro-optic choledocoscopy.Methods:analysis and sum up the result with a bile duct detection technique after the operation of 48 choledochotomy.Results:36 have a bile duct residual calculus in 48,and 34 was eliminate with fibro-optic choledocoscopy,the rate of elimination is 94.44 %.Conclusion:the whole procedures with fibro-optic choledocoscopy operation were save with lesser operative trauma and more rapid recovery with minimal uneasiness of the patients.So that,these advanced operative procedures can be extended and popularized. |
