| 摘 要： | 目的考察注射用盐酸吡硫醇在几种输液中的稳定性。方法用正交设计法，以盐酸吡硫醇的稳定性为考察指标，以浓度、温度、时间、输液种类为可变因素，选用L9（3^4）表进行实验，用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。结果浓度、温度、时间、输液种类对盐酸吡硫醇的稳定性差异无显著性。结论在低温（4±1）℃、常温（20±1）℃、高温（37±1）℃下，注射用盐酸吡硫醇与各输液均可配伍使用。
