| 摘 要： | 血管内皮功能障碍被广泛认为是动脉粥样硬化进程中最重要的始动环节,与冠状动脉疾病的发生、发展密切相关。大量研究证实体外反搏治疗冠心病安全有效,其最为重要的机制之一就是血管内皮功能的明显改善。现从改善血管内皮功能的角度对体外反搏作一综述。

| Abstract: | Endothelial dysfunction plays an important role in the pathophysiology of coronary artery disease especially in the initial and developmental process of atherosclerosis.A large amount of evidence confirms the safety and efficacy of external counterpulsation(ECP) in the treatment of coronary artery disease.One of the most important mechanisms contributing to the clinical benefits of ECP is the improvement in endothelial function.This article reviews the progress of ECP with regard to improving endothelial function. |
