摘 要: | 目的 观察肾上腺素对巨噬细胞吞噬和分泌功能的影响.方法 收集大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,采用不同浓度肾上腺素(E)(2~100μg/L)刺激1 h或10μg/L肾上腺素刺激不时间,检测细胞趋化、黏附、吞噬功能和培养上清TNF-α的浓度.结果 低浓度肾上腺素处理时,巨噬细胞趋化、黏附、吞噬功能均明显增强,细胞分泌TNF-α明显增多,其中以10μg/L肾上腺素处理时细胞功能增强最明显.但是随着肾上腺素浓度进一步增加,巨噬细胞功能未见进一步增强.时效实验结果显示,不同时间处理(0.5~5.0)h可不同程度地增强巨噬细胞趋化、黏附、吞噬和分泌TNF-α的功能,其中以处理1 h作用最明显.结论 适度肾上腺素刺激可明显增强巨噬细胞免疫功能.

The effects of epinephrine on phagocytosis and secretion functions of rat peritoneal macrophages |

Abstract: | Objective To observe the modulatory effects of epinephrine (E) on the phagocytosis and secretion functions of maerophages.Methods After collection of peritoneal maerophages from rats,the cells were stimulated for 1 h by epinephrine at different concentrations ranging from 2 μg/L to 100 μg/L,or stimulated with 10 μg/L epinephrine for different durations.The immune functions of macrophages were evaluated,including chemotaxis,adherence,phagocytosis and the TNF-α levels in cell culture supernatants.Results When stimulated with epinephrine at low concentrations,the chemotaxis,aherence and phagocytic capacities of macrophages were enhanced obviously,and TNF-α secretion was improved significantly.The immune functions of maerophages were enhanced mostly by 10 μg/L epinephrine,However,such functions of macrophage were not enhanced further more when treated by higher concentrations of epinephrine.Besides,the time-effect experiments showed that within the treating time ranging from 0.5 h to 5.0 h by 10 μg/L epinephrine,all of the chemotaxis,adherence,phagocytic capacities of macrophages and the TNF-α levels in cell culture supernatants were improved to varying degrees,and the effects were the most after 1 h stimulation.Conclusion Acute stimulation of the epinephrine at a suitable concentration can enhance the immune functions of macrophages. |
