| 摘 要： | 目的探讨布-加氏综合征(BCS)患者分别行膜切除 血栓摘除术的护理方法。方法1999年10月-2005年9月对21例BCS患者实施膜切除 血栓摘除术,并施以有效的护理。结果术后1例出现肺部感染,2例出现胸腔积液,经治疗护理后缓解。结论积极的术前准备和心理支持,术后严密观察病情,加强术后各项护理措施,尤其是引流管的护理和严密控制感染预防并发症的发生,是提高手术疗效与成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing methods of Budd-Chiari syndrome(BCS)patients receiving membrane excision and thrombus extirpation,respectively.Methods 21 BCS patients received the membrane excision and thrombus extirpation operation from October of 1999 to September of 2005,and received the effective nursing.Results 1 case had lung infection,and 2 cases had thorax hydrocele.Their diseases were alleviated after the therapy and nursing.Conclusions It is the key points for improving the curative effect and success of the operation that an active preparation and psychological support before the operation,a strict observation on the disease after the operation,strengthening the postoperative nursing measures,especially nursing the drainage tube,and strictly controlling and preventing the occurrence of infection syndrome. |
