依那普利单用与合用氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压的比较

原发性高血压患者56例(男34,女22;年龄50±7a)采用依那普利2.5-20mg,bid,po,治疗4wk与6mo的疗效比较,两者治疗后均有显著降压疗效(P<0.01),但4wk与6mo治疗组间比较无差异(P>0.05)。副作用亦相仿。另对30例同样患者采用单用依那普利(剂量方法同前)及与氢氯噻嗪2.5-15mg,bid,po,联合治疗4wk作比较,联合用药优于单用组。

Comparison between enalapril alone and combined with hydrochlorothiazide in treating essential hypertension

Fifty-six patients (M 34, F 22; age 50±7a) with essential hypertension were treated with enalapril alone 2.5-20 mg, bid, po for 6 mo and compared with that for 4 wk. The results showed that the efficacy and the adverse effects of 6 mo therapy were the same as that of 4 wk therapy. Both of them had significant blood pressure (BP) decreasing effect (P<0.01). Another 30 patients (M 21, F 9; age 50?7a) with essential hypertension were treated with enalapril (2.5-20 mg, bid, po) combined with hydrochlorothiazide (2.5-15 mg, bid, po ) for 4 wk were compared with enalapril alone. The results showed that the BP decreasing effect was more significant during combined therapy (P<0.01). It is evidenced that enalapril is suited for long-term use and the BP response will be increased when combined with hydrochlorothiazide.
