| 摘 要： | 对髌股关节进行ＣＴ测量，确定有无髌股排列异常。方法 对一组２０例４０侧膝关节进行ＣＴ检查，分别在股四头股收缩和松驰状况下扫描，对ＣＴ图像进行测量。结果４０膝中有１０膝为静力性骨外侧半脱位，另３０膝中有１６膝为动力性髌骨半脱位；４０膝中１１膝为性髌骨外倾，另有７膝为动力性髌骨外倾。

| Abstract: | Objective For the determination of the presence of malalignment of the patellofemoraljoint, evaluation was done with CT scanning. Methods Twenty patients (40 knees) with or without quadri-ceps contraction were examined by CT scanning and the CT images were measured. Results There were 10knees with static patellar lateral subluxation, 16 knees with dynamic lateral subluxation, 11 knees with staticpatellar lateral tilt and 7 knees with dynamic tilt. Conclusion The patellofemoral alignment, affection ofquadriceps and extent of tightness of retinaculum may be precisely determined by CT measurement.[ |
