IL-17在社区获得性肺炎患者血清中的变化及意义

目的观察在社区获得性肺炎患者血清中白介素-17(IL-17)水平的变化,研究社区获得性肺炎患者的免疫机制,为社区获得性肺炎患者的特异性诊治提供试验依据。方法收集55例社区获得性肺炎患者刚入院时及治疗3 d显效后的血清、外周血淋巴细胞样本,分别用ELISA方法检测血清中IL-17的表达水平,用FACS检测外周血中Thl7细胞的表达并与健康患者作对比。结果社区获得性肺炎患者刚入院时及治疗3 d显效后的血清IL-17及Thl7细胞的表达较健康对照组显著升高(P<0.05),而肺炎治疗3 d显效组中IL-17的表达水平及Thl7细胞的表达较社区获得性肺炎患者组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论对IL-17进行有目的的干预及调控将成为肺部抗感染治疗的一种新思路和新方法,从而提高临床的诊断及治疗。

The significance of IL-17 in serum of patients with community-acquired pneumonia

[ Objective ] To investigate the expression of IL-17 in patients with community-acquired pneumonia, look for immunologic mechanism of the patients with community-acquired pneumonia, show the ecperimental evidence of specific diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia. [ Methods ] Plasma and peripheral lymphocytes were collected from patients suffering from community-acquired pneumonia in the period of early hospitalization and 3 days valid theraphy, IL-17 and Thl7 were detected by ELISA and FACS ,then compare with healthy controls. [ Resluts ] IL-17 and Thl7 of the patients with community-acquired pneumonia in the period of early hospitalization and 3 days valid theraphy, were significantly higher than the healthy controls（P〈0.05）.But IL-17 and Thl7 of the patients after 3 days valid theraphy were significantly lower than the period of early hospitalization （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] The intervention and control of the IL-17 was a new theraphv of community-acquired pneumonia and raise the level of clinic diagnosis and treatment.
