阿维莫袢促进结肠癌根治术后胃肠动力恢复的临床研究

目的探讨阿维莫袢促进结肠癌根治术后胃肠动力恢复的有效性及安全性。方法 66例结肠癌患者随机分为阿维莫袢观察组32例,阿维莫袢类似物（无功能）对照组34例,所有患者均于术前1小时口服1次及术后每天服用2次药物,直至固体食物耐受及排便,或最多用药7天。观察两组患者术后胃肠动力恢复情况。结果所有患者术后胃肠动力均能恢复,无严重并发症,观察组的肠蠕动恢复时间,首次排气时间、排便时间、固体食物耐受时间及住院时间均明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论阿维莫袢能显著促进结肠癌根治术后胃肠动力恢复,缩短住院时间,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Alvimopan on the recovery of gastrointestinal motility after radical coloectomy

[ Objective ] To evaluate the safety and effect of Alvimopan on the recovery of gastrointestinal motility after radical coloectomy. [ Methods ] sixty-six colon cancer patients who had radical coloectomy were enrolled and grouped into treatment group（32 cases）versus control group （34 cases） in this prospective study. All patients were given Alvimopan or placebo after operation and the recovery of gastrointestinal motility were compared. [ Resluts ] No severe complications were observed in this study. The time of first bowel movement, time of flatus, time of defecation and hospitalization of treat group were all significantly improved than those of control group（P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Alvimopan could significantly improve the recovery of gastrointestinal mobility after radical coloectomy, reduce hospitalization time, is worthy of promotion and application.
