调强放疗同步口服卡培他滨治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期直肠癌临床疗效观察

目的探讨调强放疗同步口服卡培他滨治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期直肠癌的临床疗效。方法选择2011年2月-2013年2月我院诊治的60例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期直肠癌患者,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组(调强放疗)和观察组(调强放疗同步口服卡培他滨),每组各30例,对两组临床疗效和不良反应,进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率明显升高,不良反应发生率显著降低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论调强放疗同步口服卡培他滨治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期直肠癌的疗效显著,并且不良反应少,值得临床广泛推广。

Intensity-modulated radiotherapy simultaneous oral capecitabine card observation of clinical efficacy of the treatment of II, III rectal cancer

[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical efficacy of intensity-modulated radiotherapy oral capecitabine treatment Ⅱ , Ⅲ stage rectal cancer. [ Methods ] During the period from 2011 February to 2013 February in our hospital, 60 cases of II, stage III rectal cancer patients, according to the method of random number, which is divided into control group （IMRT） and observation group （intensity-modulated radiotherapy oral capecitabine）, 30 cases in each group, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions the two groups were observed and compared. [ Results ] compared with control group, total effective rate in the observation group were significantly increased, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was significantly decreased, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. [ Conclusion ] IMRT synchronous oral capecitabine is an effective treatment for II, III rectal cancer significantly, and less adverse reaction, is worthy of clinical application.
