梧州地区112355例先天性甲状腺功能减低症筛查与分析

目的总结梧州地区先天性甲状腺功能减低症筛查工作情况及本地区该病发病率。方法 2010-2012年112355例出生72 h的新生儿采集足跟末梢血检测血斑中促甲状腺激素(TSH),初筛阳性的采静脉血进行确诊。结果经检测初筛阳性为1274例,后经确诊为67例,初筛和确诊阳性病例召回率均达90%以上。结论利用妇幼保健三级网络使本地区先天性甲状腺功能减低症筛查工作开展良好,新生儿先天性甲低发病率与全国平均水平相似。

The screening and analysis of 112,355 cases congenital hypothyroidism in Wuzhou area

Resluts ] After testing positive for 1274 cases,67 cases were diagnosed, screening and diagnosis of positive cases recall rate was more than 90%. Conclusion ] The congenital hypothyroidism screening to reduce local area with good by using three level network of maternal and child health care, the incidence rate of neonatal congenital hypothyroidism is similar to the national average level.
