多西紫杉醇/顺铂化疗同步放疗对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

目的探讨多西紫杉醇/顺铂化疗同步放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法我院诊治的60例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为对照组(三维适形放疗)和观察组(多西紫杉醇/顺铂化疗同步放疗),对两组近期疗效、局部控制率、复发率,以及不良反应,进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率明显升高,平均随访1年,生存率明显升高,复发率显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组都没有出现严重的不良反应。结论多西紫杉醇/顺铂化疗同步放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效显著,能有效控制局部病灶,提高患者的生存率。

Docetaxel / cisplatin chemotherapy concurrent with radiotherapy for locally advanced non small cell lung cancer

Objective ] To investigate the clinical efficacy of docetaxel / cisplatin chemotherapy and radiotherapy in treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods ] 60 cases in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients, were randomLy divided into control group （3D-CRT） and observation group （docetaxel/cisplatin chemotherapy and radiotherapy）, two groups of curative effect in the near future, the local control rate, recurrence rate, and adverse reactions were observed and compared. Resluts ] Compared with control group, total effective rate in the observation group were signifi survival rate was significantly increased, the relapse rate decreased eantly increased, the average follow-up of 1 years, the significantly, （P〈0.O5）.During the treatment, the two groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion ] The efficacy of docetaxel/cisplatin chemotherapy and radiotherapy in treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer significantly, can effectively control the local lesions, increase the survival rate of patients.
