摘    要:目的:证明大肠杆菌伴侣蛋白Skp诱导单核细胞和分叶核白细胞产生趋化运动.方法:分离提纯Skp,通过分子量测定和氨基端的氨基酸测序予以证实.体外趋化实验分析其对白细胞的趋化作用.结果:Skp对单核细胞和分叶核白细胞具有趋化活性.结论:Skp是一种细菌源性的趋化因子.

Abstract:Objective: To verify whether bacterial chaperone protein Skp can induce the chemotactic responses on monocytes and polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) or not. Methods: We purified bacterial leukocyte chemotactic factor, and Skp was confirmed by using NH 2-terminal amino acid sequence analysis and mass spectrometric analysis. The leukocyte chemotactic capacities of Skp were identified in vitro. Results: Skp attracted PMNs and monocytes as in the cases of the other chemotactic factors. Conclusion: The Skp induced the chemotactic response of monocytes and PMNs.
