小儿心内直视手术期间实施血液保护的临床观察

目的 观察小儿心内直视手术中血液保护的临床效果。方法将小儿心内直视手术160例平均分为2组:N组(n=80)为观察组,采用血液麻醉等综合措施实施血液保护,O组(n=80)为对照组,按常规实施麻醉。结果N组手术时间、主动脉阻断时间均较O组缩短,两组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)。总输血量N组低于O组。输血率N组明显低于O组,两组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论小儿心内直视手术麻醉中实施血液麻醉等综合措施,可有效减少失血量,明显降低输血率。血液保护和节约用血的效果显著。

Clinical Observation on Effects of Blood Conservation in Open-heart Surgery Period

Objective To observe the clinical effects of blood conservation in open-heart surgery. Methods 160 children were equally divided into two groups blood anesthesia group (experimental group n=80)and general anesthesia group(control group, n=80).Results opreration time and aorta occlusion time in the experimental group was shorter than in the control group .there was significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05 ),total volume of blood transfusion.rate of blood transfusion in the experimental group decreased significantly, there was significant difference between the two groups (p< 0.05 ). Conclusions By blood anesthesia comprehensive means etc in open-heart surgery of children could reduce the loss of blood volume effectively ,decrease the rate of blood transfusion significantly ,in especially migth obtain blood conservation and save the blood volume .
