1420例阴道分泌物细菌分离及耐药性分析

目的了解阴道炎患者阴道分泌物中病原菌的分布及耐药情况,为临床合理选择抗生素治疗提供科学依据。方法对2009年7-12月湖南省妇幼保健院门诊及住院患者共1 420例的阴道分泌物标本按《全国临床检验操作规程》进行细菌培养,并采用长沙天地人生物科技有限公司药敏卡进行药敏试验,分析细菌的分布及耐药情况。结果 1 420例标本中,检出阳性标本521例,阳性检出率为36.7%。检出率较高的几种分别是白色假丝酵母菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和光滑假丝酵母菌,检出率分别是38.4%、20.3%、14.9%和10.5%。两种假丝酵母菌对氟康唑、伊曲康唑的耐药率均很高。检出细菌对常用抗生素普遍呈现较高耐药率。结论定期总结所在地区和所在医院各类感染的常见病原菌及细菌总体耐药概率和发展趋势,对指导临床用药有着重大的意义。

Analysis on Bacterial Isolation and Drug Resistance of 1,420 Vaginal Secretion Specimens

Objective To analyze the clinical distribution of bacteria in vaginal secretion specimens and their drug resistance,and to provide a scientific basis for rational use of antibiotics in clinic.
