| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压患者Ig、C3以及CD3、CD4和CD8水平与左心室肥厚的相关性。方法选取2009年12月-2010年1月的80例高血压患者为研究对象,将其分为A组(伴左心室肥厚组)40例和B组(不伴左心室肥厚组)40例,同时选取40名健康人为C组,后将三组人员的Ig、C3以及CD3、CD4和CD8水平进行研究及比较。结果 A组的Ig、C3及CD8均高于B组及C组,CD3、CD4则低于B组及C组,差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论高血压伴左心室肥厚患者的Ig、C3以及CD3、CD4和CD8水平变化较大可为其是否伴有左心室肥厚的判断提供一定的依据。
