| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨行为心理疗法在儿童牙科畏惧症患者护理工作中的应用价值。方法:随机选取2010年1月至9月就诊于重庆医科大学附属口腔医院儿童牙病中心的300例初诊患儿为调查对象,用Frank分级法评估行为心理疗法护理前后患儿牙科畏惧症的发病情况及严重程度。结果:300例就诊儿童中有245例(81.67%)在治疗时有不同程度牙科畏惧症的表现,经护理人员实施行为心理疗法后,患儿就诊配合度明显增强,有279例(93.0%)最终完成治疗。结论:采用行为心理疗法护理模式,可以减轻儿童牙科畏惧症的发病情况及严重程度,提高医疗质量,促进患儿健康。
